Extensive and rich breakfast with a lot of options, pleasant and fairly clean place. The breakfasts with many options. Easy check in and in general exceptional service.

Clean units with pull-out sofa bed, the coffee, for instance, and the staff were welcoming! The service was excellent and the pool was great. The location of the hotel was great - not too far away from a vibrant public square.

A bit old

The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. It was easy to book a Wheelchair Accessible room with a tub, pull-out sofa bed, and a view of the interior yard. The staff members were all friendly and attentive.

The rooms here are well-maintained and there's a nice variety to choose from 🛏️. The breakfast at the restaurant is really good.

Breakfast is not worth the money. Mexican food like nachos and beans are the main program. Some fruits and cereals. For this price you can find something better around the corner.

The building looks terrible from the outside: the architect should have been mad ! Puebla is a unesco site, it has a wonderful historical centre and this building is like a punch in the eye. On a separate note the pool is really, really, really small.
